Take what you need, pay for what you use

We would rather have a small contract that works than a large one that stalls in procurement for a year.

Modules, not an estate

Monitoring, screening, case management and filing are entitled separately. You can take one and keep whatever else already works. Entitlement is enforced in the platform, not tracked in a spreadsheet — a module you are not paying for is a module your users do not see.

Metered on what you actually use

Four dimensions, counted independently, so an institution with high transaction volume and few analysts is not priced like one with the opposite shape:

Transactions
Included volume, then per thousand
Ingestion
Records loaded, included then per thousand
Seats
Included users, then per additional seat
Alerts
Included alerts, then per alert

And prorated properly when you change

Change plan mid-month and the period splits. Charging only the new plan overcharges anyone who upgraded and undercharges anyone who downgraded; charging both in full double-charges the month. Splitting is the only treatment that is right in both directions, and it is the one we implemented.

You should not have to audit your own invoice.

What we do not do

No minimum term that outlasts the value. No module you were granted on an upgrade and quietly kept billing for after a downgrade — entitlement is withdrawn as authoritatively as it is granted. And no charge for the diagnostic that tells you whether you need us.

Next

See it with your rules, not our demo data

Tell us where you operate and what you sell, and we will show you the platform configured the way it would actually run for you.

What happens next

One of us reads it, not a queue. We come back inside two working days with a time — or a straight answer about whether we are the right fit.

So we can configure the demonstration before we speak.

We use this to reply to you and nothing else. No newsletter, no list.
