Somebody picked a round number once and it has not moved since. We work it out instead — never above what the regulator requires you to report, and never above what your analysts can actually get through, because a queue nobody clears is not a stricter control. It is a backlog with your name on it.
Then we sample what falls just underneath, to see what you are missing. Until somebody has done that, a threshold is a guess wearing a suit.
Thresholds are expressed as a relationship to the local regulatory figure rather than as an amount. Tell the system to alert beneath the cash reporting threshold and it resolves what that means in each market you operate in — from the same line of configuration.
Patterns over time
Signals in the moment
Rule versions, threshold sets and configuration are retained. Two years on, when the analyst has left and the rules have changed four times, you can still show what the system was set to that week, what it flagged, and who signed it off. This is the question institutions fail most often in our assessments.
Tell us where you operate and what you sell, and we will show you the platform configured the way it would actually run for you.
One of us reads it, not a queue. We come back inside two working days with a time — or a straight answer about whether we are the right fit.
